Upcoming Delta Nu Chapter 45th Anniversary

On March 13-14,2021. We will be celebrating our 45th Chapter anniversary which will be held @ (Venue – TBA via FACEBOOK).
As an early bird, the first 20 registrants will receive a freebies, Deadline of registration is on February 28,2021. Slots are very limited and social distancing with health pass is required. Everyone is obliged to submit form of health declaration (Brgy. Clearance and Medical Certificate) to be able to gain entry on the venue.
To register, please fill-up the form along with your Php800/pax – applies to both local and abroad. Payments can be paid through Gcash c/o Sis Jane or via BDO c/o Bro Rex – Details can be inquired through our official facebook page. You may need to screenshot the payments to confirm the amount paid. Other options, please fill up the form and submit, we will provide the payment details via e-mail.
