On March 13-14,2021. We will be celebrating our 45th Chapter anniversary which will be held @ (Venue – TBA via FACEBOOK).
As an early bird, the first 20 registrants will receive a freebies, Deadline of registration is on February 28,2021. Slots are very limited and social distancing with health pass is required. Everyone is obliged to submit form of health declaration (Brgy. Clearance and Medical Certificate) to be able to gain entry on the venue.
To register, please fill-up the form along with your Php800/pax – applies to both local and abroad.
